Order Processing Time

Please allow the following processing times before your order ships:

Branded merchandise (Printify): 2–7 business days for production + shipping time
Lifestyle & accessory products (Spocket US suppliers): 1–3 business days processing
Digital downloads: Instant delivery via email after payment confirmation

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after an order has shipped:

United States: 5–10 business days (standard), 2–5 business days (expedited where available)
Canada: 10–20 business days
International: 15–30 business days depending on destination country

Please note: these are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, or high-volume periods such as holidays.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the product and your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, The Skye Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:

Check with neighbors or building management
Contact your local post office or carrier directly
File a claim with the carrier using your tracking number

If you believe your package was lost in transit (not yet showing delivered), contact us at support@theskyecollection.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you realize you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at support@theskyecollection.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been submitted to our fulfillment partner.

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Customs & International Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
