2. Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.theskyecollection.com and your purchase of products from The Skye Collection. By accessing our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

General Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase from our store
You agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful purpose
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason
Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice

Products

The Skye Collection sells branded merchandise, lifestyle products, and digital downloads. Some products are fulfilled via print-on-demand (Printify) and dropshipping (Spocket/CJ Dropshipping). Product images are representative — slight color variations may occur due to screen settings and print processes.

Digital downloads (such as lyric prints and wallpaper packs) are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final.

Intellectual Property

All content on this store — including the Diora Skye name, logo, lyrics, artwork, and branding — is the intellectual property of The Skye Collection and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Diora Skye is an AI-generated artist. All music, lyrics, and associated creative works are owned by the store operator.

Limitation of Liability

The Skye Collection shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chicago, Illinois.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website with an updated effective date.

3. Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love every purchase from The Skye Collection. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.

Physical Products — Print-on-Demand (Printify)

Because our branded merchandise is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Buyer's remorse or change of mind
Incorrect size selected (please refer to our size charts before ordering)
Minor color variations between screen display and physical product

We will replace or refund your order at no charge if:

The item arrives damaged or defective
The wrong item or size was shipped due to our error
The item is lost in transit

To request a replacement or refund for a damaged/defective item, please email support@theskyecollection.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Physical Products — Dropship (Spocket / CJ Dropshipping)

For lifestyle and accessory products fulfilled by our dropship suppliers:

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for defective or incorrect items
Items must be unused and in original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect

To initiate a return, email support@theskyecollection.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Digital Products

All digital downloads (lyric prints, wallpaper packs, and other digital files) are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

4. Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Skye Collection. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.

Order Processing Time

Please allow the following processing times before your order ships:

Branded merchandise (Printify): 2–7 business days for production + shipping time
Lifestyle & accessory products (Spocket US suppliers): 1–3 business days processing
Digital downloads: Instant delivery via email after payment confirmation

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after an order has shipped:

United States: 5–10 business days (standard), 2–5 business days (expedited where available)
Canada: 10–20 business days
International: 15–30 business days depending on destination country

Please note: these are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, or high-volume periods such as holidays.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the product and your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, The Skye Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:

Check with neighbors or building management
Contact your local post office or carrier directly
File a claim with the carrier using your tracking number

If you believe your package was lost in transit (not yet showing delivered), contact us at support@theskyecollection.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you realize you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at support@theskyecollection.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been submitted to our fulfillment partner.

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Customs & International Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
